How to ask us to delete your data

You can ask FishyHam Studios to delete personal information we hold about you at any time.

1. Email hello@fishyhamstudios.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Tell us which product it relates to (for example the website, one of our apps or games, or our social media accounts), and include any username or email address you used, so we can find your information.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request so we know it really comes from you.

We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days, and let you know when it is done.

What we delete

We delete the personal information we hold about you for the products you name, including any account, profile and related data, and emails between us about that product.

We may keep a small amount of information where the law requires it (for example financial records), or to show that we completed your request. We will tell you if this applies. Information held by app stores or social platforms (such as Google Play, Steam or Facebook) is controlled by them; you can ask them directly, and we will point you in the right direction.

Revoking access you have given us

If you ever connected an account to one of our products, you can remove our access yourself at any time:

• Facebook / Instagram: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove the FishyHam Studios app.
• Google / YouTube: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, then remove FishyHam Studios.
• TikTok: TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions, then remove FishyHam Studios.

Removing access stops us receiving new information. To also delete information we already have, send a Data Deletion Request as described above.
